Yes, you can. Most banking exams like SBI, IBPS, and RRB follow a very similar syllabus, especially for sections like Quant, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness. So, if you follow a well-structured plan, one focused preparation can help you confidently appear for multiple exams without starting from scratch each time.
SBI PO is a recruitment exam for the Probationary Officer post, which is a managerial role. It includes multiple stages including Prelims, Mains, a Descriptive Test, and an Interview. On the other hand, SBI Clerk is for the Junior Associate post, which involves clerical responsibilities, and the selection process includes just Prelims and Mains, without any interview or descriptive paper.
The age limit for IBPS PO is between 20 to 30 years, while for IBPS Clerk, it is between 20 to 28 years. The exact age is calculated as per the cutoff date mentioned in that year’s official notification. Candidates from reserved categories such as SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen are eligible for relaxation in the upper age limit as per government norms.
