Syllabus will be covered comprehensively via concept classes, chapter wise tests, mini mock tests, full-length mock tests and current affairs (GA) monthly tests.
Do I need to follow any reference books or other study material along with the course?
The course is comprehensive enough; each subject of the examination is dealt with thoroughly. If students have abundant time at their disposal, they can refer to additional books in order to satisfy their yearning for more knowledge. But from the examination point of view, this course is sufficient to cover the syllabus comprehensively and gain confidence.
How many times can I watch a particular video lesson?
Infinite times – yes, you read it correctly. We have placed no such restriction on the number of times you can watch a particular video lesson.
How can I contact/talk to faculty if I have some doubts?
We do not believe in the “sell & forget” approach. We have a dedicated support team and faculty to answer all queries promptly. We have established three channels of communication:
- A discussion forum for subject-wise queries.
- A dedicated mail address for students to drop a mail at hello@edutap.co.in.
- A helpline number to call us on 8146207241 (between 9 AM to 6 PM, all days) for strategy mentorship calls with faculty.
The support team representative will shoot a mail to the student and faculty and arrange a call.

What is the medium of instruction for this course?
Quizzes and Mock tests are in English Language. Concept classes of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability & English Language, Descriptive English, Computer Knowledge, Weakly Mentor Talk are in bilingual medium. Bilingual means that the class presentations are in English but delivery would be in Hindi.
Can I access the course on mobile devices and laptops/desktops?
Yes, absolutely! We believe in “learn anytime, anywhere.”
On Android devices (mobile/tablet), you can download the EduTap app from the Play Store and log in. Please note that only two devices can be used, and once you’ve logged in on two, you cannot log into a third device unless you log out from one of the existing ones.
On a laptop or desktop, simply log in through our web portal to access your course seamlessly.
Can I use this course on the iPhone/iPad?
While we currently do not have an iOS app, you can still access the course smoothly using the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.
Are sectional tests for every exam part of this course?
For practice purpose there are topic wise tests, Moni mock tests and Full length tests. Topic wise tests of quant , reasoning and english topics. Instead of exam wise sectional tests there are mini mock tests for section wise practice which are common for every exam. Full length tests of prelims and Mains for every exam (SBI PO, SBI Clerk, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, RRB PO, RRB Clerk) are there.
Is Hindi language also a part of this mahapack because I will choose Hindi language instead of English language in the RRB Exam?
No Hindi language is not part of this mahapack. We are providing English language material for all given exams.
