How to Apply for the NABARD Grade A Exam 

The application for the position of NABARD Assistant Manager is released on the official website of www.nabard.org. 

Before we break down the application process, kindly note that the official notification for NABARD Grade A 2024 has not been released yet. We will guide you through the registration process as per the last application i.e 2023.

Step 1: Visit the Website

The first step is to visit the official website of NABARD.

Step 2: Career Notices

Select the section “Career Notices” on the top right corner of the home page.

Step 3: Recruitment Notification – Apply Now

• You can view the latest released notification at the top of the page under ‘Recruitment to the Post of Assistant Manager (RDBS) in Grade A’ (in this case, 2023). 
• Select “Apply Now”.

Step 4: New Registration

• As a new user, register with your basic details and create an account. 
• Select “Click here for New Registration” to begin.

Step 5: Collect the Prerequisites

Aspirants are advised to keep a record of the prerequisites that they’ll need to upload in their application before filling out the form. Here are the documents you should have available in a clearly scanned digital format.

• Photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) 
• Signature (with black ink) 
• Left Thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink) 
• A handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink) 

The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows: “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.” 

Important Note: Have a valid email ID and Mobile number to receive all official communication updates from NABARD regarding your application and exam.

Step 6: Fill out the Application

There are 6 stages in the NABARD Grade A application process.

1. Basic Info: You provide basic candidate information such as name, mobile number, and email ID.

Important: Note down your Registration ID and password generated after filling in your basic details.

2. Photo & Signature: Upload scanned copies of the photo (20kb-50kb) and signature (10kb-20kb).
3. Details: 

• Fill out your discipline of choice. One candidate can apply for ONLY ONE discipline.
• Choose your category (UR/EWS/OBC/ST/SC).
• Select “yes/no” for the conditional questions asked.
• You’ll also have to fill in personal details such as birthdate, family details, etc.
• You’ll next have to fill in educational details and professional information. 

4. Preview: Verify all details on the previewed application and submit only if all information entered is correct. No changes to the application would be possible after this stage. 
5. Uploads: Upload your left thumb impression (20kb-50kb) and the handwritten declaration in English.
6. Payment: 

• Payment can be done via debit/credit card, net banking, IMPS, or other given options. 
• After a successful transaction, download and save the payment receipt. 
• Applicants will receive an official payment notification from NABARD via SMS and/or email.

Step 7: Log In with your Credentials

You can now log in with your registered credentials to access your application. Additionally, check the “Paid” payment status on your generated application.

Step 8: Download Application

You are advised to print and download your application for future use.
