The RBI Grade B notification specifies a minimum percentage marks in graduation or post graduation to be eligible to apply for the exam. While many universities and institutes award marks in percentage, some others utilize a CGPA system.

CGPA to Percentage Conversion Criteria by RBI
In case your university/institute has established a criterion for converting CGPA into percentage marks, that criterion will be accepted and followed by RBI.
If no such criterion is given, RBI has given the following procedure to convert CGPA into percentage marks.

6.75 | 60% |
6.25 | 55% |
5.75 | 50% |
Important Notes
- Your aggregate grade point or percentage of marks will be calculated over the entire course.
- If your CGPA is out of a number other than 10, it will be converted to a scale of 10 and then calculated as shown above.
