Follow these steps to reset your IIBF membership number and password:
- Click on https://iibf.esdsconnect.com/
- Click on the “Forgot Membership Number” or “Forgot Password”
- Now enter your registered email ID/mobile number and captcha
- You’ll receive an OTP on your registered email ID/mobile number
- Enter the OTP in the designated field and click “submit”
- You’ll receive your IIBF membership ID
- You can use that ID to reset your password
Is a calculator allowed in the CAIIB exam?
Yes, candidates are allowed to use a battery-operated portable calculator during the CAIIB exam. The calculator should be a simple device with up to 6 functions and 12 digits.
