CAIIB Certificate Details

The CAIIB certificate is emailed to the candidate’s registered email ID within 3 weeks from the result’s declaration date. Please note that the CAIIB e-certificates are sent in batches, so there might be a delay in receiving yours, even if some of your peers receive theirs earlier.

The IIBF website doesn’t explicitly mention a deadline for downloading e-certificates. However, it’s advisable to download and save your certificate as soon as possible for future reference.

There isn’t a standard CAIIB increment application format. The process for claiming your CAIIB increment varies from bank to bank. You can get your duplicate CAIIB certificate by following the below steps:

Please note that it is not applicable for examinations held after 1 Oct 2019.

1. Fill out the “Application for Duplicate Certificate in e-format.”
2. You need to pay a one-time conversion fee of ₹200/- + GST.
3. Candidates who received the CAIIB certificate in e-format need not apply for the duplicate CAIIB e-certificate again.
   1. Such candidates need to go to care@iibf.org.in, requesting a copy of their CAIIB certificate with the subject line “Copy of CAIIB e-Certificate,” giving member/registration number, exam name, etc.
4. CAIIB e-certificate will be emailed within 1 month after submission of the application.

Once taken, the IIBF membership is valid for a lifetime, i.e., a maximum of 35 years from the date of membership. Old members who were enrolled before 1999 and not life members can renew their membership.

The CAIIB certificate has no expiration date. Once you qualify the CAIIB exam and receive your certificate, it remains valid for your lifetime. There is no need for renewal or revalidation.
