How to Download Your CAIIB Certificate 

A digitally signed CAIIB certificate is issued to the candidates who have enrolled and passed the examination. The certificate is emailed to the candidate’s registered email ID within 3 weeks from the result’s declaration date. However, you can also download your certificate from the IIBF website.

Follow these steps to download your CAIIB certificate:

Step 1: Visit the IIBF Website

The first step is to visit the official website of IIBF.

Step 2: Navigate to Examination/Courses 

Find and click on the “Examination/Course” section.

Step 3: Find the Download e-Certificate Option

Find and click on the “Download e-Certificate” option.

Step 4: Fill in the Details

• Enter your membership/registration number and security code
• Click on the “Get Details” button

Step 5: Download Your CAIIB e-Certificate

Once you find your CAIIB certificate, click the download option to save the e-certificate file for your records. It is recommended to take a print to get a hard copy of your CAIIB e-certificate. 

Important Note: Candidates can only download the CAIIB e-certificate up to 3 times.

CAIIB Certificate Verification 

Once you’ve downloaded your CAIIB e-certificate (which is typically in PDF format), you need to verify its authenticity using a digital signature. 

Here’s how to verify your e-certificate:

1. The CAIIB e-certificate file you’ve got is in PDF format. 
2. Open the file using an Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 9 or higher) with an internet-enabled computer/laptop to pre-validate a digital signature certificate. 
3. If the system doesn’t check the digital signature automatically, you need to follow these steps:
   1. Locate the question mark symbol displayed next to the digital signature and right-click on it.
   2. From the right-click menu, select “Validate Signature.” This process might initiate automatically upon opening the document in newer versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
   3. A green tick mark will appear if the signature is valid, confirming the certificate’s authenticity.
   4. To get signature properties, right-click on the signature, click on signature properties, and click on show certificate.
   5. You will get the signature properties.

Where to Submit Your CAIIB Certificate 

After downloading and validating your CAIIB certificate, you need to submit the e-certificate to your organization to avail of the increment and other benefits associated with it. 

Here are some of the common methods to submit your CAIIB certificate (depending on your bank/institution criteria):

Contact Your HR Department

• This is the recommended first step. 
• Your HR department will have the most up-to-date information on the specific process for claiming any benefits associated with your CAIIB certification
• They will guide you on any necessary submission steps.

Check for an Employee Portal

• Many banks and financial institutions have internal portals for employees.
• If your organization has one, it might have a dedicated section for submitting your CAIIB e-certificate.

Follow JAIIB Certificate Submission Procedure

• As you have already submitted your JAIIB certification, you can simply follow the same process to submit your CAIIB certificate.

You’ll get your CAIIB e-certificate 6 to 7 weeks after the CAIIB exam. In the meantime, you can 

• Download your CAIIB provisional scorecard, 
• Check your CAIIB result,
• Download your CAIIB consolidated marksheet.

Download Your CAIIB Scorecard 2025 (Provisional)

IIBF usually releases CAIIB results 3 to 4 weeks after the CAIIB exam. However, you can download your provisional CAIIB scorecard about 4 days after your CAIIB exam. Simply select the direct link to ‘Download the CAIIB Scorecard‘ to access your provisional scorecard.

CAIIB Result 2025

After 3-4 weeks of the release of the CAIIB provisional scorecard, IIBF releases CAIIB results along with consolidated marksheets. You can check your CAIIB result and download your CAIIB consolidated marksheet by using your IIBF membership ID.
