Yes, this course provides a comprehensive solution for all components of JAIIB and CAIIB examination preparation.
Do I need to follow any reference books or other study material along with the course?
The course is comprehensive enough; however, if you have additional time, you can follow any additional material or books of your choice.
How will the syllabus be covered?
The complete syllabus of the JAIIB Exam will be covered in around 160 hours via concept classes, and the complete syllabus of the CAIIB Exam will be covered in around 200 hours via concept classes. After each chapter, there will be a concept note and chapter-wise quiz to test your conceptual understanding.
Are the classes live or recorded?
We offer pre-recorded as well as live classes as part of the course. The live classes for the JAIIB Exam are held when 7 days are left for the examination, and for the CAIIB Exam, they are held when 10 days are left for the examination. The primary objective of live classes is revision. Until then, students are expected to complete their syllabus from the pre-recorded lessons, which are readily available upon subscription.

Is a test series part of this course?
Yes, chapter-wise quizzes for all 4 components of the JAIIB Exam and 40+ full-length mocks are part of this course for the preparation of the JAIIB Exam. Similarly, chapter-wise quizzes for all 4 compulsory components of the CAIIB Exam and 40+ full-length mocks are included for CAIIB Exam preparation.

What is the medium of instruction for this course?

- Concept Classes and Live Classes:
- For IE&IFS, PPB, AFM, and RBWM, classes are in Hinglish.
- For ABFM, ABM, BFM, and BRBL, classes are in Hinglish.
By Hinglish, we mean the presentation text will be in English, and delivery will be in a mix of Hindi and English.
How many times can I watch a particular video lesson?
Infinite times — yes, you read that correctly. We have placed no restrictions on the number of times you can watch a particular video lesson.
How can I contact/talk to faculty if I have some doubts?
We do not believe in “Sell & Forget.” We have a dedicated support team and faculty to answer all queries promptly. We have established 3 channels of communication:
- A discussion forum for subject-wise queries.
- A dedicated email address for students to contact us at hello@edutap.co.in.
- A helpline number (8146207241) to call between 9 AM to 6 PM on all days for strategy mentorship calls with faculty. The support team representative will send an email to the student and faculty and arrange a call.
Can I use this course on mobile as well as a laptop?
Yes, we believe in “Learn anytime, anywhere.” You can access this course through an Android-based mobile or tablet by downloading the EduTap app from the Play Store and logging in. On a laptop/desktop, you can log in to the portal and access your course.
Can I use this course on an iPhone/iPad?
We currently do not have an app on iOS. Due to security reasons, you will not be able to access the encrypted content on iOS-based browsers or iPhone/iPad. Our courses are compatible with any Android tablet/phone as well as any laptop/desktop.
