How many times can I watch a particular video lesson?
Infinite times – yes, you read it correctly. We have placed no such restriction on the number of times you can watch a particular video lesson.
Can I download all the PDFs in this course?
Concept notes are non-downloadable. The summary sheets for each unit of ESI (RBI), FM (RBI), ESI impacting Insurance (IRDAI), I&M (IRDAI), and all current affairs modules can be downloaded. Kindly download the summary sheet first and start watching the video while keeping the summary sheet in front of you. If anything needs to be added, add it to the sheet itself, then proceed to the concept notes and MCQs, continuing to add points to the summary sheet. This summary sheet will become your revision document, which you need to revise multiple times before the exam.
How can I contact/talk to faculty if I have some doubts?
We do not believe in the “Sell & Forget” approach. We have a dedicated support team and faculty to answer all queries promptly. We have established three channels of communication: a discussion forum for subject-wise queries, a dedicated email address for students to contact us at hello@edutap.co.in, and a helpline number (8146207241) available between 9 AM to 6 PM for strategy mentorship calls with faculty. The support team representative will email the student and faculty to arrange a call.
