• Basic Pay: Rs. 44,900 per month
• Pay Scale: Level-07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
• Gross Monthly Emoluments: Approximately ₹75,000 to ₹76,000 per month (varies by city and DA revision)
• Allowances:

How to Apply for EPFO PA:

1. Go to the official UPSC website.
2. Register on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform. This is a one-time, lifetime registration.
3. After OTR, proceed to fill the online application form (Part I and Part II).
4. Fill in all required details: post, category, date of birth, educational qualification, and stenography language preference (English/Hindi).
5. Upload your photograph, signature, and Photo ID proof.
6. Pay the application fee via SBI cash (Pay-in-Slip), net banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
7. Submit the application and take a printout of the finally submitted form.

5. Exam Centres for UPSC EPFO PA

The Recruitment Test will be held across 80 centres across India:

Centre allotment is on a “first-apply-first-allot” basis. Once a centre reaches its capacity, it is frozen. 

Candidates are advised to apply early to get their preferred centre. 

No request for a change of centre will be entertained once allotted.

6. Rules for PwBD Candidates

Who can use a Scribe:

• PwBD candidates with
  • Blindness, 
  • Locomotor Disability (Both Arms Affected), or 
  • Cerebral Palsy are automatically eligible for a scribe.
    
• Other PwBD candidates with 40% or more disability can use a scribe on production of a certificate from the
  • Chief Medical Officer,
  • Civil Surgeon, or
  • Medical Superintendent of a Government Healthcare Institution.
    

• Candidates with less than 40% disability who have difficulty writing can also avail of a scribe with a certificate from the competent medical authority. 
• The scribe’s qualification must not exceed the minimum qualification of the exam and must be at least Matriculate.

Compensatory Time:

Eligible PwBD candidates get 20 minutes of extra time per hour of the exam — i.e., 40 minutes additional for the 2-hour Recruitment Test.

7. Documents Required at the Exam Centre

• Candidates must carry their e-Admit Card (downloaded from the UPSC website; no admit card will be sent by post) along with the same Photo ID submitted at the time of application.
