What does “Grievance” mean?

Grievance means any issue related to the product/service which has been availed by the consumer from EduTap Learning Solutions platform and consumer is seeking resolution for the same.

As per our procedure, you will get acknowledgement within 48 hours of receipt of your grievance . The team will provide you resolution within 30 days.
