No. This is a 15 days starter pack to help aspirants acclimatize themselves with the pattern, syllabus, approach, and strategy for IFSCA Grade A examination. A student who completes this 15 days course sincerely would get an overall view of what IFSCA Grade A preparation is and what it is not.
What do I get in this 15 days starter pack?
You get a lot of material in the form of concept notes, concept classes and mocks that will help you understand what IFSCA Grade A preparation is all about. We have made short videos on general queries of aspirants – syllabus, pattern, strategy, approach, etc and put them in this course.
What is the validity of this starter pack?
The validity of this starter pack is 30 days from the date of subscription.
Can I use this course on mobile as well as on a laptop?
Yes, we believe in “Learn Anytime, Anywhere.” You can access this course through an Android based mobile or tab by downloading an EduTap app from the Playstore and logging in. In laptop/desktop, you can just login to the portal and access your course on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
Note: For laptop/desktops our website does not support Ubuntu (Linux Operating System).
Are the classes live or recorded?
All the classes of this starter package are pre recorded.
How can I contact/talk to faculty if I have some doubts?
Glad you asked. We do not believe in “sell and forget” sort of thing. We have a dedicated support team and faculty to answer all your queries promptly. We have established 3 channels of communication between the student and faculty:
- A dedicated discussion forum – the student can post a query on the subject wise discussion forum, the concerned faculty regularly checks the discussion forum for queries and replies
- A dedicated mail address – students can drop a mail on hello@edutap.co.in mentioning the subject name or the name of the faculty they wish to talk to. Upon receipt of this mail, the faculty is connected to the student on their registered phone number.
- A dedicated helpline number – students can call us on 8146207241 (between 9 am to 6 pm on working days) and ask for a strategy cum mentorship call with the faculty.

Can I use this course on the iPhone/iPad?
We currently do not have an app on iOS. Due to security reasons, you will not be able to access the encrypted content on iOS-based browsers on iPhone/iPad. Our courses are compatible with any Android tab/phone as well as any laptop/desktop.
