What is the exam pattern of IFSCA Grade A 2025?

The IFSCA Grade A pattern includes three phases: Phase 1 (Objective), Phase 2 (Descriptive + Objective), and Interview.

Is Phase 1 of IFSCA Grade A qualifying?

Yes, Phase 1 is only qualifying. Marks are not counted in final selection, but you must clear the cut-offs to move to Phase 2.
