Now, before we jump right into the IFSCA Grade A registration process, make sure you have the following documents in the correct format. 

What Are the Required Documents for the Online Application of the IFSCA Grade A 2025?

To complete the IFSCA Grade A registration process smoothly, you need to upload a few essential documents in the specified format. 

All scanned files must meet the prescribed size, dimensions, and file type requirements. Any mismatch could lead to application rejection.

Important Notes:

• All documents must be in JPG/JPEG format.
• The photograph should be a recent passport-sized and colored.
• Signature and declaration should be written in black ink on white paper.
• The thumb impression should be clear and taken in black or blue ink.

How to Apply Online for the IFSCA Grade A 2025 Exam: Step-by-Step Application Process

Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to complete the IFSCA Grade A application form:

Step 1. Visit the Official Website

• Go to the official IFSCA website. 

Step 2: Find the Career Section

• Scroll down to the bottom of the website and find the “Careers” section.

Step 3. Find the Registration Notice

• Once the registration window opens, you will find the “Registration Link for Recruitment of Officer Grade-A(Assistant Manager) in IFSCA-2025” notice.
• Click on the eye icon in the adjacent “View” column.

Step 4. Click the Application Link (Redirects to IBPS)

• A PDF will open up. 
• Inside the PDF, you’ll find the application link. 
• Clicking it will take you to the IBPS Online Application Portal.

Step 5. Click on ‘New Registration’

• On the IBPS page, click “Click here for New Registration.”
• You can skip this step if you are already registered.
  • You simply need to enter your credentials and log in. 

Step 6. Fill Your Basic Details

• You need to enter the basic details mentioned on your screen:
  • First Name
  • Middle Name
  • Last Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Alternative Number/Landline (If any)
  • Email ID
• Enter the captcha and click “Save & Next.”

After completing the basic info step, you will receive a Provisional Registration Number and Password via email and SMS. 

Step 7. Upload Photo & Signature

The next step is to upload your scanned documents as per the guidelines:

• Photograph
• Live Photograph 
• Signature

Below are the guidelines to upload your photograph and capture a Live Photograph.

1. Photograph: Simply click on the “Choose file” mentioned under the “Scanned Photograph of the Candidate.”
2. Live Photograph: There are 2 options to upload your live photograph:
   1. Capture Photo: Use your webcam to take a photo that automatically uploads.
   2. Click Here to Scan: Scan a QR code with your mobile phone, take a photo, which will automatically upload.

After uploading your photo and live photo, tick the check box saying “I confirm that this is my valid photo and also agree to the above mentioned note.”

Below are the guidelines to upload your Signature.

1. Signature: Simply click on the “Choose file” mentioned under the “Scanned Signature of the Candidate.”

Step 8. Fill Other Details

Provide the following details:

• Basic
• Personal

Basic details include the following:

• Stream
• Category (Caste certificate details (if any))
• Are you a person with a benchmark disability of 40% or above?
• Religion
• Ex-Serviceman
• Employed in Government Services
• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Nationality/Citizenship
• Phase 1 Exam Center
  • Preference 1
  • Preference 2
  • Preference 3
• Phase 2 Exam Center
  • Preference 1
  • Preference 2
  • Preference 3
• Medium of Written Examination

2. Personal Details

• You need to fill out your personal details, such as:
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Twin Brother/Sister Details (If any)
  • Marital Status
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Spouse Name (If applicable)
  • Address for Correspondence
  • Permanent Address

After filling out your personal details, you need to provide your bank details.

3. Bank Details

• You need to fill out your bank’s details, such as:
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account No
  • Bank & Branch Name
  • Type of Account
  • IFSC Code

After entering your basic, personal, and bank details, validate them to ensure everything is correct and nothing is missed.

Once verified, click “Save & Next.”.

Step 9. Provide Your Educational Details

Enter your educational qualifications, including:

• Graduation
• Post Graduation
• Post Graduation Diploma (If any)
• Work Experience (If any)
• Languages Known 

After filling out the details, click on “Save & Next.”

Step 10. Preview & Submit the Application

• Carefully preview all the information entered. 
• Once submitted, you can only make changes to some limited information.

• Tick the checkbox that says “I agree”.
• Click “Complete Registration” to move to fee payment.

Step 11. Upload Left Thumb Impression & Declaration

• Upload scanned copies of your left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
  • Left Thumb Impression (20 KB to 50 KB)
  • Handwritten Declaration (50 KB to 100 KB)

Here is the Mandatory Declaration Text

“I________(Name of the candidate), _______(Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left-hand thumb impression is of mine”.

Finally, enter the security code/Captcha and click “Save & Next.”

Step 12. Pay the Application Fee

Now, the final IFSCA Grade A apply online step is to pay the required application fee based on your category. You need to know that the payment must be made online.

The exact fee, based on your category, is already calculated and displayed on your screen; you don’t need to work it out yourself.

Can You Correct Your Mistake in the IFSCA Grade A Application Form?

No, once the final submission is done, you cannot make changes to the IFSCA Grade A application form.

If you’ve made a major mistake (like wrong category, name spelling, or photo) during your IFSCA Grade A registration process, your only option is to register again using a new email ID and phone number. The earlier IFSCA Grade A application will be considered invalid if not completed properly.

What Will Happen in Case of Multiple Registrations for the IFSCA Grade A Exam?

If you submit multiple IFSCA Grade A registrations, only the latest completed application will be considered by the authorities. But remember, every new registration must have a different email ID and phone number.

Also, application fees paid for earlier IFSCA Grade A application forms won’t be refunded, even if they’re incomplete or incorrect. So it’s best to fill the IFSCA Grade A application form carefully the first time itself.
