What Happens after the IRDAI Assistant Manager Training? Where are Officers Posted?
After the 3-4 month IRDAI induction training, your actual posting begins.
IRDAI has around 400 employees in total. Around 90% of them work out of the Hyderabad headquarters. A small number of staff are in the Delhi and Mumbai offices.
Because of this, your first posting after training is most likely Hyderabad. Delhi or Mumbai is possible but rare.
