How to Download Your JAIIB Certificate 

• A digitally signed JAIIB certificate is issued to the candidates who have successfully passed the examination. 
• The certificate is sent to the candidate’s registered email ID within 3 weeks of the result’s declaration date. 
• You can also download your JAIIB certificate from the IIBF website.

Follow these steps to download your JAIIB certificate:

Step 1: Visit the IIBF Website

The first step is to visit the official website of IIBF, i.e., https://www.iibf.org.in/.

Step 2: Navigate to Examination/Courses 

Find and click on the “Examination/Course” section.

Step 3: Find the Download e-Certificate Option

Find and click on the “Download e-Certificate” option.

Step 4: Fill in the Details

Enter your Membership/Registration number, Security code and click on the “Get Details” button.

Step 5: Download Your JAIIB e-Certificate

Once you find your certificate, click the download option to save the e-certificate file for offline use. It is recommended to take a print to get a hard copy of your JAIIB e-certificate. 

Important Note: Candidates can not download the JAIIB e-certificate more than 3 times.

1. The JAIIB e-certificate file you’ve got is in PDF format. 
2. Open the file using an Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 9 or higher) with an internet-enabled computer/laptop to pre-validate a digital signature certificate. 
3. If the digital signature isn’t checked automatically, follow these steps:
   1. Locate the question mark symbol displayed next to the digital signature and right-click on it.
   2. From the right-click menu, select “Validate Signature.” This process might initiate automatically upon opening the document in newer versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
   3. A green checkmark will appear if the signature is valid, confirming the certificate’s authenticity.
   4. To get signature properties, right-click on the signature, click on signature properties, and click on show certificate.
   5. You will get the signature properties.

Where to Submit Your JAIIB Certificate 

After downloading and validating your JAIIB certificate, you need to submit the e-certificate to your organization to avail of the increment and other benefits associated with it. 

Here are some of the common methods to submit your e-certificate (depending on your bank/institution criteria):

• Contact Your HR Department: This is the recommended first step. Your HR department will have the most up-to-date information on the specific process for claiming any benefits associated with your JAIIB certification and will guide you on any necessary submission steps.
• Check for an Employee Portal: Many banks and financial institutions have internal portals for employees. If your organization has one, it might have a dedicated section for submitting your JAIIB e-certificate.

How to Convert DBF Certificate to JAIIB?

Here is the step-by-step DBF to JAIIB conversion procedure:

Step 1: Compose an Email:

Send the email to care@iibf.org.in, explaining that you have qualified for the DB&F certification and wish to convert it to JAIIB certification.

Step 2: Access the Complaint Portal 

After you send the email, you will receive a revert with a link to the complaint portal. Click the link, and the complaint portal will open.

Step 3: Fill in the Complaint Form

Here’s how you need to fill in the complaint form:

1. Select Query Category: Click the “Query Category” choose “Examination” from the dropdown menu.
2. Select Query Sub-category: Click “Query Sub-category,” and select “Others” from the dropdown menu.
3. Confirm Exam Name: The exam name should already be selected as JAIIB. No action is needed here.
4. Enter Membership Number: Provide your membership number in the designated field.
5. Enter Query Details: You need to explain your query in detail in this section i.e. you have cleared the DB&F exam and now want to convert that certification into JAIIB certification.
6. Upload DB&F Certificate: Upload your DB&F certificate that you received on your email.
7. Submit the Form: After the upload is complete, click the “Submit” button to send your request.

Step 4: Conversion Request Confirmation

Once you hit the submit button, you will receive an acknowledgment receipt number on your mobile and email.

Step 5: Successful Conversion

Within 15 days of you raising the request, your DB&F certification will be converted into JAIIB certification.
