In the May 2026 cycle, admit cards for most centres were released ahead of the first exam day, while a small number of centres had their admit letters issued 2 to 3 days later due to centre changes.
There is no fixed universal date that IIBF commits to in advance. The safest approach is to start checking the IIBF website daily from 10 days before your expected JAIIB exam date.

Where to Download the JAIIB Admit Card?
The only place to download the JAIIB admit card is the official IIBF website.
There is no other authorised source. Third-party coaching websites or Telegram channels do not issue admit cards. They may only provide download links or guides pointing back to the IIBF site.

- Go to the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).
2. Locate Examinations & Courses Section

- A list will appear under the Examination/Courses head.
- Click on Admit Letter.
4. Click on Admit Letters for JAIIB/DBF Nov 2025 Examination
- Another list will appear under the Admit Letters head.
- Click on “Admit Letters for JAIIB/DBF Nov 2025 Examination“.
5. Enter Credentials
- A login page will appear asking for your membership number.
- Enter your membership number and captcha code.
6. Download Admit Card
- Your JAIIB Admit card will appear with essential exam information on it.
- Download your JAIIB admit card and print it for future reference.
- Make sure to keep it safe until the examination day.

What If You Forget Your IIBF Login Credentials?
You cannot download the admit card using your name or date of birth. The membership number is mandatory.
If you cannot remember your membership number or password, use the “Forgot Password / Get Password” option on the login page. IIBF sends the recovery link to your registered email ID, so make sure you have access to the email you used during registration.
If the email recovery does not work, contact IIBF’s Member Support Services Department directly.
Is the JAIIB Admit Card Sent by Email or Post?
IIBF sends the JAIIB Admit Card to the email ID of the candidate that he/she has registered with the institute.
The JAIIB Admit Card is not sent to you by post.
You will typically receive an SMS once the admit card is live on the portal, prompting you to log in and download it. This notification is a reminder, not the admit card itself.

JAIIB Exam: Documents to Carry
In addition to a physical copy of your admit card, you must bring an original proof of identity to the exam hall for verification. You can carry any of the below-listed ID proofs in original to the JAIIB 2026 examination center:
- Adhaar Card
- Drivers License
- PAN Card
- Voter Identity Card
- Employee Identity Card
- Any ID issued by the Central or State Government

What to Do if There is an Error on the Admit Card?
If your name, photograph, signature, or membership number is incorrect:
- Do not ignore the error or assume it will resolve itself.
- Email IIBF immediately using your registered email ID, attaching a screenshot of the discrepancy.
- Once IIBF processes the correction, they will notify you, after which you can re-download the updated admit card.
Appearing for the exam with any error (especially a wrong photograph or mismatched name) carries the risk of denied entry at the centre, since the invigilator matches your admit card photo and details against your physical ID proof.
Get any errors corrected before exam day wherever possible, rather than hoping they get overlooked at the centre.
What to Do if You Cannot Download the Admit Card
If the link is not working, the website is slow, or the page shows blank:
- Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.
- Check during off-peak hours, since traffic spikes right after release often cause the portal to slow down.
- Confirm your registration for that specific cycle is fully complete, and payment was successful. An admit card will not generate for an incomplete or unpaid registration.
- If your registration is still under verification, the admit card will not be available until verification clears. Contact IIBF support if this persists.
- If none of this works, email the relevant IIBF zonal office directly with your membership number and registered email ID.
Is Only Printed JAIIB Admit Card Allowed at the Exam Centre?
Yes, a physical, printed copy of your JAIIB admit card is strictly mandatory at the exam center. Showing a digital copy or PDF on your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop is absolutely not allowed.
Is Black & White Printed JAIIB Admit Card Allowed?
IIBF has not published an explicit rule mandating colour printing for the JAIIB admit card.
As a safety practice, a colour printout is recommended so that your photograph and signature are clearly visible to the invigilator. If only black and white is available, ensure the print quality is sharp enough that your photo is clearly identifiable.
Can Exam Centre or Shift Mentioned in JAIIB Admit Card be Changed?
- IIBF occasionally revises exam venues after the JAIIB admit card has already been released, as happened for select cities in the May 2026 cycle.
- These changes are announced through an official notice on the IIBF website, and candidates from affected cities must check and download a revised admit card.
- IIBF has at times offered a centre change facility for candidates who have undergone a bank transfer. However, it is not a general request form for candidates who simply prefer a different city or shift for convenience.
There is no option to choose or change your exam shift based on personal preference. Shift allocation is done by IIBF and communicated through the admit card.
