When will I get my JAIIB certificate?
The JAIIB certificate is emailed to the candidate’s registered email within 3 weeks from the result’s declaration date.
Please note that the JAIIB e-certificates are sent in batches. Therefore, there’s a possibility that you may get your certificate at a later date than your peers and vice versa.
Is there a deadline for downloading the JAIIB e-certificate?
The IIBF website doesn’t explicitly mention a deadline for downloading e-certificates. However, it’s advisable to download and save your certificate as soon as possible.
Where to download the JAIIB increment application format?
There isn’t a standard JAIIB increment application format. The process for claiming your JAIIB increment varies from bank to bank. Typically, you’ll need to submit your JAIIB certificate to your HR department. Some banks might have an online portal for this, while others require a physical submission.
Note. It is recommended to contact your bank’s HR department directly. They can provide specific guidance on the required documents and procedures for claiming your JAIIB increment.

How to get a duplicate JAIIB certificate?
You can get your duplicate JAIIB certificate by following the below steps:
- Fill out the “Application for Duplicate Certificate in e-format.”
- It is not applicable for examinations held after 1st Oct 2019.
- You need to pay a one-time conversion fee Rs.200/- + GST.
- The candidates who have received JAIIB certificate in e-format earlier need not apply for the duplicate JAIIB e-certificate again.
- Such candidates send an e-mail to care@iibf.org.in requesting for a copy of JAIIB e-certificate with subject line “Copy of JAIIB e-Certificate” giving member/registration no, exam name etc.
- JAIIB e-certificate will be emailed within one month after submission of application.
How to check validity of IIBF membership?
The IIBF membership, once taken, is valid for a lifetime, i.e., a maximum of 35 years from the date of membership. Old members who were enrolled before 1999 and not life members can renew their membership.
Is JAIIB certificate equal to degree?
No. While JAIIB holds a prestigious value in the banking and finance industry, it is a professional certification and not an academic degree.
