JAIIB Registration 2025

Regular members can apply for the exam at the official website of IIBF. We advise you to complete the online registration as early as possible and avoid waiting until the last date.

JAIIB Registration: How to Apply Online

Below are the steps to apply online for the exam:

Step 1

Visit the official website of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF).

Step 2

On the official website’s home page, click the “Examination/Courses” option on the screen. 

Step 3

A list of various options will appear on your screen after clicking. Under this list, select “Flagship Courses.” 

Step 4

Click the “JAIIB (Junior Associate Of IIB&F)” option. A new page will open where you can proceed with the JAIIB online application.

Step 5

Fill out your complete particulars in the online application form, including educational details, contact information, exam centre information, and other personal details. Upload scanned images of your photograph and signature.

Step 6

In the last step, candidates must pay the required application fee. Below, we provide the application fee details.

JAIIB Application Fee 2025

Below, we give the application fee payment details to register for the exam. Candidates can pay this online with a debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, Wallet, etc. The exam fee structure varies as per the number of attempts:

Important Note: There is an additional fee, which varies depending on the week you complete your registration.    

  • 1st Week of JAIIB Registration: You need to pay only the normal examination fee (as mentioned above) based on your attempt. 
  • 2nd Week of JAIIB Registration: You must pay the normal examination fee + ₹ 100.
  • 3rd Week of JAIIB Registration: You must pay the normal examination fee + ₹ 200.

JAIIB Registration: How to Apply for IIBF Membership

IIBF opens membership to employees of recognized banking establishments in both the nationalized and private sectors, including the Reserve Bank of India, State Bank of India, other financial institutions (both central and state), co-operative banks, and any other institutions in India that are institutional members of IIBF and approved by the council from time to time.

IIBF Membership Registration Fees 

The one-time life membership fee for ordinary membership with GST is Rs.1,770/- (Membership Fees Rs. 1,500/- & GST Rs.270/-) for applicants from India. For overseas applicants, the fee is US $150.

JAIIB Registration: IIBF Membership Renewal

Life membership is compulsory to enjoy the services of the Institute. Only old members enrolled before 1999 and not life members are eligible for membership renewal. All members who were enrolled from the year 2000 are life members.

How to Apply for JAIIB Second Attempt

Applying for a second attempt at the exam is similar to the initial application process. You will need to follow the regular registration steps as mentioned above. However, please note that the fee structure for the second attempt differs from the first. While the initial attempt typically costs ₹4000, the fee for the second attempt and onwards is ₹1300.
