When is the JAIIB Result Declared?

IIBF usually releases JAIIB results 4 to 6 weeks after the last JAIIB exam. The May cycle exams ended in mid-May. Results are expected to be out by early July.

How to Apply for JAIIB Increment after JAIIB Result

• After checking your JAIIB results online, you’ll need to wait for the certificate to arrive in your registered email. This usually takes about two weeks. 
• Once you receive the JAIIB certificate, submit it to your organization to claim your increment. 

Here are some of the common methods to submit your e-certificate (depending on your bank/institution criteria):

• Contact Your HR Department: Your HR department will have up-to-date information on the specific process for claiming any benefits associated with your JAIIB certification and will guide you on any necessary submission steps.

• There isn’t a standard JAIIB increment application format.
• The process for claiming your JAIIB increment varies from bank to bank. 
• You’ll need to submit your JAIIB certificate to your HR department.
• Some banks might have an online portal for this, while others require a physical submission.

It is best to contact your bank’s HR department directly. They can provide specific guidance on the required documents and procedures for claiming your JAIIB increment.

How to Convert DBF Certificate to JAIIB?

Here is the step-by-step DBF to JAIIB conversion procedure:

Step 1: Visit the Website

• Go to the IIBF official website.

Step 2: Locate and Click on the Email Link

• Scroll down the homepage to find “care@iibf.org.in.” Click on it, and a complaint portal will open up for you to fill out.

Step 3: Fill in the Complaint Form

Here’s how you need to fill in the complaint form:

1. Select Query Category: Click the “Query Category” choose “Examination” from the dropdown menu.
2. Select Query Sub-category: Click “Query Sub-category,” and select “Others” from the dropdown menu.
3. Confirm Exam Name: The exam name should already be selected as JAIIB. No action is needed here.
4. Enter Membership Number: Provide your membership number in the designated field.
5. Enter Query Details: You need to explain your query in detail in this section, i.e., you have cleared the DB&F exam and now want to convert that certification into JAIIB certification.
6. Upload DB&F Certificate: Upload your DB&F certificate that you received in your email.
7. Submit the Form: After the upload is complete, click the “Submit” button to send your request.

Step 4: Conversion Request Confirmation

• Once you hit the submit button, you will receive an acknowledgment receipt number on your mobile and email.

Step 5: Successful Conversion

• Within 15 days of you raising the request, your DB&F certification will be converted into JAIIB certification.

What if the JAIIB Result is Not Showing on the Portal?

If the JAIIB result is not being shown on the portal, check these common issues in order:

1. Wrong credentials: Confirm the membership/registration number and password are correct. The password is the one that you had set during IIBF registration.
2. Result not yet released: If you are checking within the first 2 weeks after the last paper, the result may not be available yet. Monitor IIBF website for the official announcement.
3. Browser issues: Clear browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. IIBF’s portal functions best on desktop Chrome or Firefox.
4. Server load: On the result day, the IIBF portal often experiences high traffic and may be slow or temporarily unavailable. Wait and retry after 30 to 60 minutes.

Can I Request Rechecking or Revaluation of JAIIB Papers?

No. JAIIB is a computer-based MCQ examination. There is no provision for granting grace marks and no revaluation process exists.
