NABARD Grade A 2023 Exam Analysis
- The NABARD Grade A exam in 2023 was of moderate level.
- Most of the questions in the Quant, Reasoning, and English sections were asked from the same topics as in previous years.
- In Computer Knowledge, the pattern was slightly changed, as more questions were asked from the shortcuts, and in Decision making, more questions were asked from the Decision Making Model.
- The difficulty level of the merit section was the same as the previous year, but the pattern was slightly changed as the questions asked were more direct in 2023.
NABARD Grade A 2022 Exam Analysis
- The NABARD Grade A exam in 2022 was of moderate level.
- However, the questions in the merit section were more in-depth overall, making the exam more difficult than in previous years.

Salary of NABARD Grade A Officer
- The annual CTC of an assistant manager at NABARD is around ₹20 lakhs, making it a handsome package in the government sector.
- The starting basic pay for Grade A officers in NABARD is ₹44,500 per month.
- Allowances like house rent allowance (HRA), dearness allowance (DA), etc., are added to this amount.
This is the bare minimum, a NABARD Grade A officer also gets various allowances on a monthly and annual basis.

NABARD Grade A 2024 Application Fee
Here are the application fee and intimation charges to apply for the NABARD Grade A exam:

Important Note: NABARD staff members need to pay application fee and intimation charges as per their category at the time of online application, which will be reimbursed on submission of fee receipt only to those employees of NABARD (Staff Candidates) who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post.
How to Apply for the NABARD Grade A 2024 Exam

Visit the National Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development’s Official Website, i.e., https://www.nabard.org/.

Click on the “Career Notices” tab from the top-right menu bar.
Step 3
Click on the link called “Click here to continue”.
Step 4
Now click on the link “Click here for New Registration” on the top right of the screen.
Step 5
A new window will open with different recruitment notifications for NABARD Grade A & B. Find the stream “Recruitment To The Post Of Assistant Manager In Grade ‘A’ (RDBS)/ (Rajbhasha Service) -2024” and click on the “Apply here” link.
Step 6
Fill in the required information like email address, name, etc. Click on the “Save and Next” button.
Step 7
Upload your photograph (4.5cm * 3.5cm) and signature (with black ink) and click on “Next”.
Step 8
A new page will open where you need to fill in your basic information, category, qualification, experience, language, exam centre, etc. Click on the “Save & Next” button.
Step 9
A preview section will open with all the details filled up by now. You need to verify your details and complete the registration.
Step 10
Upload your thumb impression (3cm * 3cm) and handwritten declaration (10cm * 5cm) and click on “Next”.
Step 11
Pay the application fees by using a Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking/ Wallet/ Cash Card/ QR Code/ UPI. Click on “submit”.
Step 12
Print & Save the payment receipt for future reference.

How to Download NABARD Grade A 2024 Admit Card
You can download your NABARD Grade A Phase 1 admit card from NABARD’s website. Admit cards for Phase 2 are available after the Phase 1 result.
