NABARD Grade A Interview: What to Carry & What to Avoid

The following documents are required in the interview of the NABARD Grade A exam: 

Mandatory Documents

You must carry the following documents in original + photocopy format:

• Interview Call Letter / Admit Card (printed copy)
• Original Photo Identity Proof (any one):
  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Driving Licence

Is a NOC (No Objection Certificate) Necessary?

Yes. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory for candidates who are currently employed in:

• Government offices
• Quasi-Government organisations
• Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
  • Nationalised banks
  • Financial institutions

Important Note: 

• Late submission of documents is not accepted.
• All certificates will be verified on the interview day.
• Missing or incorrect documents may lead to disqualification.

Items Not Allowed at NABARD Grade A Interview 

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the interview centre:

• Mobile phones (even if switched off)
• Smart watches or digital watches
  • Analog watches are usually allowed
• Books, notes, newspapers, or written material
• Electronic gadgets:
  • Laptops
  • Tablets
  • Earphones
  • Calculators
  • Power banks
• Bags, backpacks, or large handbags

Important Note: 

• You may carry a simple, transparent water bottle
  • Drinking water is also available at the venue
• No refreshments (tea/snacks) are provided
  • It is advisable to eat beforehand

Will There Be a Baggage Counter at the NABARD Grade A Interview Centre?

• No. Baggage deposit or locker facilities are not provided at the interview venue. 
• You should avoid carrying bags or valuables, as NABARD is not responsible for any loss or damage. 
• If needed, make independent arrangements for storing belongings outside the venue.

Important Note:

• You may be accompanied by a family member or friend up to the main gate only. 
• Accompanying persons are not permitted inside the interview premises.
