IBPS PO Prelims Cut-off 2026 Released
The IBPS PO Prelims cut-off has also been released. Check the detailed IBPS PO prelims cut-off here.
The scorecard also includes the cut-off score required for provisional shortlisting.
Response Sheet and Correct Answer Key Also Available
This is one of the notable updates in the current IBPS PO cycle.
The scorecard page includes a hyperlink for “Response Sheet and Correct Answer key.”
Candidates can use this link to access their recorded responses and the corresponding correct answers.
This gives candidates an opportunity to check how they performed question by question.
It also helps them understand the difference between their expected score and the score finally displayed by IBPS.
IBPS did not traditionally provide a candidate-facing answer-key facility in the same way as some other recruitment bodies. The current cycle has now made this facility available to candidates.
How to Check the IBPS PO Response Sheet and Answer Key?
Candidates do not need to look for a separate public PDF.
The link is available on the score display page itself.
Follow these steps:
- Open the IBPS PO scorecard page.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Check your Prelims score.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click “Response Sheet and Correct Answer key.”
- Check your recorded responses and correct answers.
- Save the response sheet for reference.
Scorecard Has Been Released Before IBPS PO Mains
The timing of the scorecard is important for candidates.
The IBPS PO Mains exam is scheduled for October 4, 2026.
That leaves only five days between the scorecard release and the Mains exam.
Candidates who have already qualified should not spend too much time analysing the Prelims score.
The focus now needs to shift to Mains preparation.

Why the Response Sheet Matters
The response sheet is useful beyond checking individual answers.
Candidates can compare:
Recorded Response → Correct Answer → Final Score
This can help them identify questions they got wrong.
It can also help them understand their section-wise performance.
For candidates preparing for future banking exams, the response sheet can be useful for analysing mistakes.
What Should Candidates Do Now?
Candidates who qualified Prelims should prioritise the Mains exam.
The Mains examination is scheduled for October 4.
Use the scorecard to understand your Prelims performance.
Then move on.
Revise important topics.
Take full-length Mains mocks.
Work on time management.
Focus on General Awareness and other Mains-specific areas.
The next major checkpoint is now the Mains examination.
