What to Do After Submitting the RBI Grade B Biodata Form
Once your DAF submission is complete, your next priority should be RBI Grade B interview preparation.
The interview panel may ask questions based on the information you provide in the Biodata Form. Therefore, do not simply submit the form and move on.
Keep a copy of your DAF and prepare questions around:
- Your educational background
- Graduation and post-graduation subjects
- Your hometown and state
- Current or previous job
- Work responsibilities
- Achievements
- Hobbies and interests
- Extracurricular activities
- Languages mentioned in the form
- Previous RBI attempts
- Your reason for joining RBI
- Any additional information mentioned in the DAF
Use Your Biodata Form as an Interview Preparation Sheet
A simple approach is to read your DAF line by line and ask yourself: “What can the interview panel ask me about this?”
For example, if you have mentioned a particular degree, prepare questions related to your subjects. If you have mentioned work experience, be ready to explain your responsibilities, key learnings, and reasons for switching jobs.
Similarly, if you have mentioned a hobby, achievement, or extracurricular activity, prepare enough to discuss it confidently.
