Is this course for the NPS Grade A and B 2025 year exam?

Yes. It is for Phase 1 and 2 of the NPS Grade A and B 2025 examination.

Does this course cover the complete syllabus for the NPS Grade A and B exam?

Yes, this course provides comprehensive preparation for the NPS Grade A and B examination. When there is any change introduced in the notification, the course shall be updated accordingly.

How will the syllabus be covered?

The syllabus will be comprehensively covered by notes, video lectures, quizzes, and full-length mock tests.

What is the medium of instruction of this course?

Notes and mocks for all components of Phase 1 and Phase 2 are in English. Concept classes for descriptive English, finance and management, economics, statistics, data analytics, the Indian Trust Act, costing, the Company Act, the pension sector, and commerce and accounts classes are in English. For quant, reasoning, and English classes are in Hinglish. By Hinglish, we mean the presentation text will be in English and delivery will be a mix of Hindi and English.

Can I use this course on mobile as well as a laptop?

Yes, we believe in “Learn Anytime, Anywhere.” You can access this course through an Android-based mobile or tab by downloading the EduTap app from the Play Store and logging in. On a laptop/desktop, you can just log in to the portal and access your course.

How many times can I watch a particular video lesson?

Infinite times—yes, you read it correctly. We have placed no restriction on the number of times you can watch a particular video lesson.

How can I contact/talk to faculty if I have some doubts?

We do not believe in the “Sell & Forget” approach. We have a dedicated support team and faculty to answer all queries promptly. We have established three channels of communication: a discussion forum for subject-wise queries, a dedicated email address for students to write to us at hello@edutap.co.in, and a helpline number to call us at 8146207241 (between 9 AM to 6 PM, all days) for strategy mentorship calls with faculty. The support team representative emails both the student and faculty and arranges a call.

Can I use this course on the iPhone/iPad?

We currently do not have an app on iOS. Due to security reasons, you will not be able to access the encrypted content on iOS-based browsers on iPhone/iPad. Our courses are compatible with any Android tab/phone as well as any laptop/desktop.

What is the validity of this course?

It is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
