The application process for the PFRDA Grade A 2025 exam is conducted online only. You need to submit your applications through the official PFRDA website.

What documents do I need to upload for the PFRDA Grade A application?

You need to upload scanned copies of your:

  • Photograph
  • Signature
  • Left Thumb Impression
  • Handwritten Declaration
What is the text for the handwritten declaration to apply for the PFRDA Grade A application form?

The text for the handwritten declaration is given below: 

“I, (Your Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Can I edit my PFRDA Grade A application form?

No, you cannot edit your application form once it has been submitted. You can only make corrections in the preview section before final submission.

How do I pay the PFRDA Grade A application fee?

You can pay the application fee online through Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets, or UPI.

How will I know if my payment is successful for the PFRDA Grade A application form?
  • After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message or e-receipt
  • You can also log in to your application account to check the payment status and make sure it is “paid”.
What should I do if my payment is debited but my PFRDA Grade A application status is still showing "unpaid"?

Please wait for some time as the payment status may take time to update. If the status remains “unpaid” after 24 hrs, contact the PFRDA Helpdesk with your payment details.
