• Sign on a white paper with a black ink pen.

Left Thumb Impression Guidelines for RBI Grade A

• Left thumb impression on white paper using black/blue ink.
• File Size: 20 to 50 KB.

Handwritten Declaration Guidelines for RBI Grade A

• Set the scanner resolution to 200 dpi or higher.
• Choose True Colour for the scan.
• Ensure the image is cropped to the edges of the photograph/signature/thumb impression/handwritten declaration.
• Save the files in JPG/JPEG format.
• File size limits:

  • Signature: Max 20 kb

However, the steps below are based on RBI’s standard application procedures for similar exams, and you can expect that RBI will follow the same process for the RBI Grade A 2025 recruitment.

Can You Correct Your Mistake in the RBI Grade A Application Form?

Unfortunately, no. Similar to the RBI Grade A application form filling process, we are expecting that once you submit your RBI Grade A application, you will not be able to make any direct changes. Corrections will be only possible during the preview stage before final submission.

If you notice an error after submission, the only option is to complete a new RBI Grade A registration from scratch.

What Will Happen in Case of Multiple Registrations for the RBI Grade A Exam?

If you submit multiple applications for RBI Grade A, only the latest submitted application will be considered, and previous ones will be rejected.

Is NOC Required while Filing the RBI Grade A Online Application Form?

No, there’s no need to submit an NOC when filling out your RBI Grade A application form. Taking an idea from the RBI Grade B exam, we can expect that the NOC will only needed later, during the interview stage.

• NOC is required only if you are currently employed in government organizations, public sector banks, or other public sector entities.
  • It includes Army, Navy, Air Force, & Para Military Forces, etc.) / Quasi Govt Organizations/ Public Sector Banks/ Public Sector Undertakings.
• If you’re employed in the private sector, you won’t need an NOC for the interview.
