Is this test series for the RBI Grade B exam?
Yes. It is for the Phase 1 and 2 of RBI Grade B examination.
How many questions are there in total in this test series?
This test series has more than 14000 questions. For Phase 1, the paper is objective, so all questions are in the form of MCQs. For Phase 2, the paper is a mix of objective and descriptive, so the test series also contains MCQs as well as Descriptive tests.
Will I get explanations also for all questions?
Yes, a detailed explanation is provided for all the questions of the test series.
Does this test series cover Current Affairs?
Yes. Current Affairs for Phase 1 and 2 are covered in the course.
What is the medium of instruction of this course?
The medium of instruction is English.
Can I access the course on mobile devices and laptops/desktops?
Yes, absolutely! We believe in “learn anytime, anywhere.”
On Android devices (mobile/tablet), you can download the EduTap app from the Play Store and log in. Please note that only two devices can be used, and once you’ve logged in on two, you cannot log into a third device unless you log out from one of the existing ones.
On a laptop or desktop, simply log in through our web portal to access your course seamlessly.
How can I contact/talk to faculty if I have some doubts?
We do not believe in the “Sell & Forget”. We have a dedicated support team & faculty to answer all queries promptly. We have established 3 channels of communication: a discussion forum for subject-wise queries, a dedicated mail address for students to drop a mail at hello@edutap.co.in, & a helpline number to call us on 8146207241 (Between 9 AM to 6 PM all Days) for strategy mentorship calls with faculty. The support team representative shoots a mail to the student & faculty and arranges a call.
Can I use this course on an iPhone or iPad?
While we currently do not have an iOS app, you can still access the course smoothly using the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad.
What is the validity of this course?
