- Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
- Signature (with black ink)
- Left thumb impression (on a white paper with black or blue ink)
- A handwritten declaration (on a white paper with black ink)
Step 8: Fill in the required details accurately in the application form. It is a 6-step process mentioned below:
- Basic Info: Candidates are required to provide basic personal information
- Photo & Signature: Upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature
- Details: Enter personal details and educational qualifications
- Preview: Carefully review all the information provided before proceeding
- Upload: Upload scanned copies of your left thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
- Payment: Pay the required application fee through the provided payment gateway using a debit/credit card, net banking, IMPS, or other payment options.
Step 9: After completing the registration, log in with your credentials and make sure your payment status indicates “paid”.

Important Note: After the closing date for receipt of online applications, you ‘ll get a period of 2 days’ edit window, allowing you to correct/modify online application form.
