Yes, the salary of RBI Grade B DEPR & DSIM is the same as General. Every RBI Grade B officer gets the basic pay of ₹5ssssss5,200/-p.m. with a pay scale of Rs. 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850 (2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750.

After successfully clearing the JAIIB and CAIIB exams, RBI Grade B officers are entitled to receive ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 increase in their salary.
