What are the average SEBI Grade A interview marks?

SEBI doesn’t release individual scores. Moreover, the maximum interview marks are not mentioned in the official SEBI Grade A notification.

Do the cut off marks for the SEBI Grade A exam change every year?

The cut-off marks for Phase 1 are fixed and serve as the minimum qualifying criteria to move on to Phase 2:

  • Paper 1: 30 marks
  • Paper 2: 40 marks

Overall Aggregate: 80 marks (across both papers)

For Phase 2, you need to clear the cut-off released by SEBI and also meet the following criteria: 

  • Paper 1: At least 30% (30 marks out of 100)
  • Paper 2: At least 40% (40 marks out of 100)
  • Overall Aggregate: 50% overall (100 marks out of 200).
