• Start by visiting the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) official website.

• Click on it to proceed to the recruitment section.

Step 3: Find and Click on the SEBI Grade A Notification

• In the Career section, locate the notification for the SEBI Grade A recruitment. 
• This will be labeled as “Recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) 2026 – General Stream, Legal Stream, Information Technology Stream, Research Stream, Official Language Stream, and Engineering (Electrical) Stream.”

• File size: 20 KB to 50 KB
• Preferred dimensions: 200 × 230 pixels
• Face and eyes must be clearly visible
• Prefer a light or white background

Important Note: Avoid wearing caps, hats, and dark glasses. Religious headwear is allowed, headwear is permitted, but it must not cover the face.

After uploading your photograph, you need to capture and upload your live photo.

1. Capture Photo: Use your webcam to take a live photo, which will automatically upload.
2. Click Here to Scan: Scan the QR code with your mobile, take your photo, and it will automatically upload.

Finally, after uploading both the photograph and live photograph, tick the checkbox confirming:

• “I confirm that this is my valid photo.”
• “I agree to the above-mentioned instructions.”

After uploading your photograph, the next step is to scan and upload your signature.  

Signature Capture Guidelines to Apply for the SEBI Grade A Online 2026 Exam

Here are the key requirements to upload your signature:

• Sign on a white sheet using a black ink pen
• Must be your own signature (no digital or proxy signatures)
• File size: 10 KB to 20 KB
• Preferred dimensions: 140 × 60 pixels
• Signature should be clear and legible

Important Notes: 

• Do not sign in CAPITAL LETTERS. 
• Avoid uploading blurry, smudged, or shaky images.
