Just click on the “Capture Photo” button. This will turn on your webcam and let you take a photo right then and there. As soon as you click the picture, it’ll be uploaded to your form automatically. - Use your phone:
Prefer your phone’s camera? No problem. Click on the “Click here to Scan” option to get a QR code. Scan it using your phone. It’ll take you to a link where you can take your photo. Once done, it’ll automatically upload to your application.

Can You Correct Your Mistake in the SIDBI Grade A Application Form?
No. Once you submit the form, you can’t make any corrections.
You can only edit your details during the preview stage before final submission. After that, it’s locked. So, check everything twice, especially your name, category, photo, and email ID.
What if a mistake has been committed?
If it’s a minor error (like a spelling typo), your form may still be accepted.
But if it’s a critical error (wrong DOB, category, or mismatched signature), it could lead to rejection later during document verification.
There’s no official correction window. So if the mistake is big, the only option is to apply again, and hope the latest valid form gets accepted.
What Happens in the Case of Multiple SIDBI Grade A Applications?
As per SIDBI’s rules, only the latest complete and valid application will be considered.
All other earlier or incomplete forms will be rejected.
So if you accidentally submitted wrong info, you can submit a fresh application with new details, but use a new email ID and mobile number, and complete the fee payment again.
Is NOC Required While Filing the SIDBI Grade A Online Application Form?
No, NOC is not required at the SIDBI Grade A application stage.
