Left Thumb Impression

• File size: 20–50 kb

• Must be clear, unblurred, and not smudged
• Format: JPG/JPEG

Handwritten Declaration

Write this statement in your own handwriting (black ink on white paper):

“I, (Name), (Date of Birth), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph, and left-hand thumb impression are mine.”

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the SIDBI website.

Step 2: Go to ‘Careers & Recruitment’

Click on the menu icon on the top left of the homepage, and click on the “Careers & Recruitment” tab. 

Step 3: “Application for Recruitment of Officers in Grade A & B”

• Scroll down a bit and find the “Application for Recruitment of Officers in Grade A & B” advertisement. 
• You will be redirected to “Apply Online Page”. 

Step 4: Click on the “Apply Online” button

You’ll find the “Click Here to Apply Online” button. Click it. This will take you to the registration portal.

Step 5: Register as a New User

Click on “New Registration” in the top-right corner.
Enter your:

• Full Name
• Email ID
• Mobile number
• Captcha code

You’ll receive a Provisional Registration Number & Password on email/SMS. Save these.

Can You Correct Your Mistake in the SIDBI Grade B Application Form?

But if you’re currently employed in: 

• Central/State Government departments
• Public Sector Undertakings (including banks)
• Quasi-Government bodies
• Defence/paramilitary services

You’ll need to produce an NOC later during the interview stage.

Note: Private sector employees don’t need an NOC at any stage.
